Prior to joining beCogent in October 2005, Jackie spent more than twelve years in the publishing industry.
Her roles in this sector included four years as HR Director of Newsquest Media Group, the UK's second largest regional newspaper group with annual turnover in excess of £500m and 10,000+ core staff, and nine years with the Trader Media Group through a period of exceptional growth.
Jackie brings extensive experience of delivering a strategic and pragmatic HR service focusing on the design and delivery of people initiatives which enable the company to be more successful. She also has extensive experience of TUPE, mergers and acquisitions, restructures, and volume recruitment and development campaigns.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Jackie graduated with an MBA in 2006 and has qualifications in Employment Law and Coaching.
