John Devlin,

John is responsible for the overall delivery of beCogent's contact centre operations, technology solutions and the sustainable development of our client partnerships.
With a varied background in Business Development, Operations and Programme Management, John has over 15 years senior management experience across diverse industry sectors including Manufacturing, Technology, Logistics and Outsourcing.
Within these business sectors John has held key management positions with world-class organisations such as Motorola, Modus Media International and Unisys Corporation.
He has benefited from global exposure and his achievements list extends to successful project delivery in Scandinavia, North America, China and South-East Asia.
John joined beCogent in 2002 and was appointed to the Board in 2006.
