Jackie Lowe,
HR Director.
Jackie has thirteen years experience in HR gained in high profile dynamic businesses within the publishing industry, the last five of which have been at Director level.
Prior to joining beCogent in October 2005, Jackie spent nine years with the Trader Media Group and the last four years as HR Director of Newsquest Media Group before relocating from London to Scotland in April 2005.
Jackie brings extensive experience of delivering a strategic and pragmatic HR service. Of particular relevance is her expertise at implementing people initiatives ultimately resulting in service excellence. She also has extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions, restructures, and large-scale recruitment and development campaigns.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Jackie graduated with an MBA in 2006 and has recently completed a qualification in coaching with the British Coaching Foundation.
