The beCogent Academy demonstrates our commitment to people development and business excellence. We believe the significant investment we make in the development of our people sets us apart from our competitors.
Learning opportunities are available for all staff members. These range from short workshops, on-line tutorials, classroom based courses, through to professional qualifications.
External specialists, renowned in their field, host our management development programmes. We focus heavily on attitude, behaviour and influence, and supplement this with skills based learning required to do the job. This way, we develop outstanding and rounded leaders.
Our fastrack programme offers staff an opportunity to develop in line with their chosen career path. Every fastrack delegate is assigned a personal mentor, and may undertake project work, secondments, and work-shadowing as part of the programme. The majority of delegates are promoted within one year of attending the programme.
Sponsorship of professional qualifications ensures we have a number of staff who bring best-practice into the business. We sponsor MBA’s, HR qualifications, Project Management qualifications, Accountancy qualifications, and call centre specific qualifications.
